Outdoorcraft products are backed by our comprehensive warranty, reflecting our commitment to premium quality and customer satisfaction. This warranty is effective from the date of final delivery/installation and extends solely to the original End User. It is non-transferable.

The “End User” refers to the ultimate purchaser acquiring the products from Outdoorcraft for personal or commercial use, and not for resale or distribution purposes.

  1. What Is Covered

Outdoorcraft warrants that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and reasonable maintenance.

  • Structural Frame: Covered against breakage or structural failure under normal use.
  • Wicker/Rattan: Covered against unravelling, cracking, or peeling due to manufacturing defects.
  • Cushions & Fabric: Covered against seam slippage or zipper failure.
  1. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, dents, or minor cosmetic deterioration that occurs during regular use.
  • Nature & Elements: Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (“Acts of God”), including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, wind storms, or hail.
  • Fading: Normal fading of fabrics, wicker, or wood finishes due to prolonged exposure to sunlight (UV) or weathering is not considered a defect.
  • Misuse: Damage from sitting on tables, exceeding weight capacities (especially for Swings), or using the product for unintended purposes.
  • Glass: Breakage of glass table tops after delivery is accepted.
  • Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by pressure washing, harsh chemicals, or failure to store cushions during heavy rain.
  1. Care & Usage Guidelines

To maintain your warranty validity, please adhere to the following maintenance routine.

Dos:

  • Clean wicker and metal frames regularly with mild soap and water.
  • Store cushions in a dry, covered place during heavy rain or snow to prevent mold.
  • Use high-quality furniture covers when items are not in use for long periods to extend their lifespan.
  • Tighten screws and bolts every 6 months as part of routine maintenance.
  • For swings: Ensure the hanging mechanism is secure and check for wear periodically.

Don’ts:

  • Do not use pressure washers at close range on wicker or painted surfaces.
  • Do not use harsh solvents, abrasives, or bleach on the wicker or fabric.
  • Do not drag furniture across rough surfaces; always lift to move.
  • Do not leave glass table tops uncovered in extreme direct heat for prolonged periods.
  • Do not stand on chairs or tables.
  1. Filing a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original invoice or order number.
  • Evidence: Photos or videos of the defect are required for assessment.
  • Assessment: Outdoorcraft reserves the right to inspect the product or request it be returned to our facility for inspection before approving a repair or replacement.
